The 3-3-3 Breathing Technique

When tension rises, try the 3-3-3 breathing method: Inhale for 3 counts, hold for 3 counts, exhale for 3 counts. Repeat three times. This simple practice helps your nervous system reset, bringing clarity and calm within just a minute.

Mindful Pauses Throughout the Day
